Big Day in 2024

That’s a wrap!

After 8 months of planning the FeeSynergy + Westpac series of Big Day In events finally came together and were a huge success. Melbourne on the 22nd May and Brisbane on the 4th June were both “full house” events with some 90+ accountants and lawyers attending each event for a full day of learning from leading experts and lots of valuable networking.

Testimonials

“I found the sessions very informative that I could not only relate to our business but also on a personal level with regards to economic climate and property etc. Loved the session on Marketing your Brand and AI as well. I am positive that everyone was able to take something of value away with them from this event.”

“Thank you so much for having me join the event. The location and all of those that contributed made it an exceptional event – I look forward to Big Day In 2025! For me it was so refreshing to be surrounded by such likeminded individuals within the industry, some old faces that I have known for some time and not seen for awhile and of course so many new connections that I made on the day. The content was relevant and delivered in a manner which made it relatable and not at all unable to be received and facts easily absorbed. Really enjoyable day. Well done.”

“Invaluable day out of the office to focus on the bigger picture and gain new insights.  Accounting & technology discussions are more critical than ever. The calibre of the content, the insights and the attendees were thought provoking and energising.”

One of the many things that Beaton are doing to help professional service firms is a software app they have developed called Beaton Debrief. This app is designed to obtain real-time feedback from professional service firm customers on their experience with the firm. When I first saw this product, it struck me as something that legal firms in particular would find valuable – i.e. gaining client feedback at certain intervals in matters that have protracted time lines.
